SCHOOLING

For some types of instruments that you purchase from Medycore you will be entitled to a day of theoretical and practical training in your studio.

You will be contacted by one of our Specialists to organize the day and define the practical cases, to give you all the necessary information for patients and for any products that will need to be purchased in order to carry out the treatments.

The school day will be divided as follows:

In the morning the the Teoretical part where the product will be shown, including setup, maintenance, some elements relating to safety of use, cleaning of the instrument, as well as operational use and analysis of clinical protocols will be explained.

In the afternoon there will be a practical part which will take place on patients or models, to put into practice the teachings acquired in the first phase of the day. Furthermore, the clinician will have continuous tutoring from our Product Specialists, ready to support you at every step.

A continuous help desk from Medycore for any problem, doubt or assistance during a clinical case will accompany you in your daily practice.

From this moment a continuous training process begins during which our customers are periodically informed of events and courses on various topics or techniques for using the instrumentation.
